New Office in South Philly

Great news! On January 27, 2020, our South Philadelphia office in the Navy Yard will be moving to a new larger office right across the street from our current space. The new address is 1 Crescent Drive, Suite 100, Philadelphia, Pa 19112.  This state-of-the-art office will allow us to better serve our growing patient population with the latest technology and diagnostic equipment, modern exam rooms, a larger therapy clinic and the same convenient FREE parking that our patients have enjoyed since we opened the office in 2014.

What Is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common condition that causes pain, numbness, and tingling in the hand and arm. The condition occurs when the median nerve – one of the major nerves to the hand – is squeezed or compressed as it travels through the wrist. In addition to the numbness and tingling, carpal tunnel syndrome can cause swelling, weakness, and nighttime pain. Patients sometimes describe dropping things unexpectedly and may have difficulty with buttoning shirts, tying shoelaces, or handling loose change.
